Ian is a trial lawyer who has spent his entire career practicing personal injury law. Prior to starting Henderson Law, he worked at one of New York City’s premier plaintiff’s personal injury firms for many years and also spent time as Staff Counsel for a large insurance company. Ian knows how to analyze a case from all angles and takes pride in doing so. He understands the importance the case takes on in his client’s lives, so he takes each case personally.

Ian received his undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan in 2004 and his Law Degree from Indiana University – Maurer School of Law in 2009. He is admitted to practice in New York and Connecticut, and he also passed the California Bar Exam. Ian lives with his wife and three daughters in Westchester County, New York.
